Return & Exchange Policy

1,No Returns or Exchanges Without Valid Reason

Since before shipping, we record a full video (product details + packing) for every order and jewelry is intimate-wear, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges requests based on personal preference, size mismatch, color dissatisfaction, change of mind, or other non-quality-related reasons.

No refunds will be issued for packages returned due to incorrect address, buyer refusal, or failure to clear customs in time.

Please double-check style, color, size and shipping address before payment; once shipped, the order cannot be stopped or modified.

2,Exception Handling (Rare Cases Only)

If you receive an item that meets one of the following rare conditions, please contact our customer service :info@eftom.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos and unboxing video:

  • The item significantly differs in style or quantity from your order (wrong item shipped);
  • The item unwearable upon arrival. (shipping issues)
