Every EFTOM order is prepared with care in our studio and dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase, excluding public holidays.

Once your piece is on its way, international delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your destination, local customs processing, and holiday schedules.

For full peace of mind, we record a complete video of your piece and its packaging before it leaves our hands — you'll find it waiting in your inbox alongside your shipping confirmation.
